The book describes why videos are great for business, and that’s because it delivers a huge audience with very low investment. You cant beat the free marketing its like your very own commercial. Now youtube has grown for product advertising, retail Promotion, Direct sales, and even product support. Support is a big factor for me because youtube is everything now , I mean you can basically learn anything from what to wear, to building a house or a rocket. Even companies like “Lowes” have their own do it your self videos ( which are really great for home improvement jobs) I even put in a new sink from just watching the videos. We have become so dependent on youtube which is great! I believe its just a way for everybody to share knowledge and in return makes us smarter.
One of the biggest uses for youtube is Entertainment videos. The book explains how many people have struck it big from youtube. We have all seen this with all the musicians, and even actors that have owed all their success to youtube. Out of all the Web application on the internet I have to say youtube is number one, it smokes the competition to me, due to all the many aspects of sharing, bonding, entertaining, teaching, and ect.. Nothing else really compares and we are a generation evolving around this idea and using it to our creative advantages so the whole world can explore and share.
I am more than relieved for reading this book, it has built my knowledge towards the making of Youtube, something so broad yet famous around the world. Youtube has made a difference in our entertainment cycle; you can watch movies, listen to music, or even get help on your math homework. Also, it has built a relationship with other people. Once you make videos, you form viewers that will follow all your videos. You get attached. This book has really taught me all you need to know about it and how amazingly successful it is.
